We collect credit card information in order to process your order. We do not maintain a database of personal credit card information.

What is the Card Verification Code, or CSC?

Also known as CVV2 or CVC2, it is a three-digit number imprinted on the signature panel of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards to help card-not-present merchants verify that the customer has a legitimate card in hand at the time of the order. The merchant asks the customer for the CVV2 code and then sends it to the card Issuer as part of the authorization request. The card Issuer checks the CVV2 code to determine its validity, then sends a CVV2 result back to the merchant along with the authorization. CVV2 is required on all Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.

Where is the code on my card?

Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards have the three-digit value printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the card account number. The back panel of most Visa/MasterCard cards contain the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code.

For Visa/MasterCard and Discover Holders

The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

CVV2 information is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.

What does the code do?

The CVV2 value protects the customer and helps validate the following:
The customer has the card in his or her possession.
The card account is legitimate.
Prevents the use of your Credit Card Number without the matching CVV2 Code.

I ordered something on my previous visit, but my shopping cart still shows the items I ordered?
Has my order been received?
Rest assured, your order has been processed. Our shopping cart remembers the items you placed in it for 30 days. That way, if you pick something, but don't order it at that time, the system remembers what you selected and keeps it highlighted for you.
Carts are deleted off the system after 30 days. No information about you is kept on the system, EVER. It uses an anonymous tracking number that can't be traced back to an individual.

Save on Shipping!
Order multiple items and pay only $10.00 on shipping. When your listed shipping charges go over $10.00, we stop charging. You'll pay only $10.00 shipping on those items.
Unfortunately, we can't absorb those charges on the bigger items. Water Tanks, Pole Bases, Supplements, and Timers are charged list price for shipping. Shipping charges for these items are added to the cart total.
I think you'll find that our shipping charges are still very low.

International Shipments are subject to special charges. For International orders, we will email you with a request for the additional shipping charge. Fill out the charge form, and your order will be sent out promptly. Actual charges vary by country and weight, we don't charge a flat fee. That way, we can keep your costs lower!

What payment methods do you accept?
We Accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal. Your order is processed on a secure server, hosted by Verisign.
You can also send us a check. For check or money orders, your items will be shipped out after the check clears.

Clubs, Universities, or other accredited organizations can also place an order using a Purchase Order. Simply call or email for details.
