The Tack Stop wants you to be a satisfied customer.

We believe you will be 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from us. We only deal with quality manufacturers. The items we select for sale in our store are only high quality, rugged gear that can take punishment.

If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. We do not, however, refund any shipping charges. We simply cannot absorb the cost of shipping some items.

Bits that are purchased from the Tack Stop are non-refundable and non-returnable. The Tack Stop has implemented this policy for sanitation reasons solely based on the health of the horse. We hope that our customers will understand our position on this matter.

Videos, DVDís, books are non-refundable and non-returnable. If the item is defective, we will accept the return and exchange it for the same item.

Saddle Return Policy You must call within 2 days after receipt of a saddle to return it. Returned saddles will incur a $75 re-stocking fee. Saddles must have a RA# so please call or email us for a number. Saddles must be returned in NEW condition, it must arrive in the same condition that we shipped them. No dirt, smudge, stains, horse hair, or leather marks. All tags must be attached. Make sure your horse is clean and free of sweat, fly spray, conditioners, etc. It is OK to girth it up and sit in it (without stirrups), but do not ride in it until you are sure you want to keep it. Saddles with visible signs of wear, such as stirrup leather marks, are NOT returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS! Saddle will be returned at owners expense. Saddles that are returned in used condtion will be subject to a 35% restocking charge.

If you wish to return an item, notify us within 48 hrs of your receipt of the product. Item must be returned within 10 days of notification and must be in like new condition. Return shipping charges are the responsiblility of the purchaser.

You must call within 2 days after receipt of a saddle to return it. Returned saddles will incur a 3% stocking fee. Saddles must have a RA#. Saddles must be in NEW condition. No dirt, smudge, or stains. All tags must be attached. Saddles that are returned in used condition will be subject to up to a 35% restocking charge.

You need a Return Authorization Number to return the merchandise. This helps us track it, and ensures that you will get the proper credit. Items returned without an RAN will be subject to re-stocking fees or complete return of the item. A 35% restocking charge will apply. No returns after 30 days. ALL TAGS and original packaging must be enclosed.

Special orders and non-stock items are not returnable or refundable. We will inform you if a particular item is a special order at the time of purchase.

For damaged items contact the delivering carrier immediately. Save all packing materials for inspection. Damages and returns must be reported to The Tack Stop within 48 hrs.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Because of the possibility of typographical or human error, The Tack Stop disclaims responsibility for errors. If a technical error should cause you to be charged an incorrect price you will have the choice of a refund or to purchase the product at the corrected price.

We will make every effort to ensure your item is acceptable to you before you purchase it. We really do want your business and we'll try very hard to satisfy you.

We collect credit card information in order to process your order. We do not maintain a database of personal credit card information.

Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.
